Position: Quality Control Manager
Location: Juba, South Sudan
Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month
One of the finest 5-star establishments in Juba, is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to uphold and enhance our exceptional service standards. We are looking for a highly experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about luxury service, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Quality Assurance & Standards – Ensure all departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, front office, guest services) meet international 5-star hospitality standards.
✅ Guest Satisfaction – Monitor guest feedback and implement improvement strategies to exceed expectations.
✅ Staff Training & Development – Work closely with department heads to train staff on service excellence, hygiene standards, and operational efficiency.
✅ Operational Audits – Conduct regular inspections of rooms, restaurants, and public areas to maintain brand consistency.
✅ SOP Compliance – Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments.
✅ Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure adherence to international hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
✅ Performance Monitoring – Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions when needed.
✅ Coordination with Management – Work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to implement quality enhancement initiatives.
Requirements:
✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years in a quality control or guest experience management role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
✔ Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
✔ Skills: Strong leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔ Personality: Professional, proactive, and guest-focused with a passion for luxury hospitality.
✔ Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
