Inventory Support Specialist (M/F) – Automotive Sector

Role Overview

Based in Hammam Lif, Tunisia, you will play a strategic role in providing logistical and administrative support for inventory management across our group’s factories. Your mission is to ensure production fluidity by making sure every part is available at the right time to avoid any stockouts.

Key Responsibilities

As an Inventory Support Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor, control, and update stock levels to ensure smooth production operations.

  • Supply Tracking: Follow up on orders for parts and raw materials, coordinating closely with suppliers and buyers to guarantee on-time delivery.

  • Production Analysis: Identify specific factory needs for components and propose solutions to optimize the supply chain.

  • Coordination & Communication: Maintain seamless communication with production, logistics, and sales teams to resolve issues and coordinate stock flows.

  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and analyze inventory discrepancies to ensure physical stock perfectly matches recorded data.

  • Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement solutions to increase the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management processes.

  • Compliance: Ensure all operations meet internal procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Profile Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an automotive or industrial setting.

  • Languages: Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is essential for communicating with international stakeholders.

  • Technical Skills: Practical experience with inventory management systems (ERP) and advanced Excel.

  • Soft Skills: High level of precision, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze inventory reports and find effective solutions to complex problems.
