Job Description

We are looking for an Aeronautics Quality Manager for our client based in Ben Arous to join their team and contribute to the success of their projects. This position is open to candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in project quality management, along with expertise in quality systems. Experience in the automotive sector would be a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

🛠️ Ensure quality management and monitoring within aerospace projects.
🔄 Establish and manage quality processes throughout the project lifecycle.
⚠️ Analyze quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
🤝 Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
✅ Ensure proper application of internal and external quality standards.
📊 Provide quality reporting to management and clients.
Required Profile:

🎓 Engineering degree or equivalent in automotive, aerospace, industrial, or quality fields.
🚗✈️ 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the aerospace or automotive industry.
📅 Strong project management skills and proficiency with associated management tools.
📏 In-depth knowledge of quality systems, standards, and regulations applicable to the aerospace sector.
🧠 Ability to work effectively in a team, attention to detail, responsiveness, and analytical thinking.
🌍 Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
