💼 Purpose of the Role:
👁🗨 As a key member of the production team, the Tower Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring the spray drying tower used in detergent powder manufacturing. This role ensures the production process runs efficiently, meets quality standards, and adheres to safety protocols.
🙋 Key Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ Operate and control the spray drying tower for detergent powder production.
✅ Monitor process parameters to maintain optimal performance and quality output.
✅ Adjust equipment settings to ensure consistency in product quality.
✅ Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
✅ Work closely with the production and maintenance teams to address operational challenges.
✅ Maintain cleanliness and safety standards around the tower and production area.
✅ Document production data and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
👨🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
📊 Strong understanding of spray drying or similar industrial processes.
📅 3–5 years of experience in detergent or chemical manufacturing.
🛠 Knowledge of machinery maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
