JOB DESCRIPTION: MAINTENANCE MANAGER (M/F)
📍 Location: Luanda, Angola
🏢 Industry: Food Processing (Dairy preferred)
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize the maintenance strategy for the plant.

Supervise maintenance teams (instrumentation, electrical, automation).

Ensure equipment availability and reliability for production.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing).

Manage maintenance budgets and preventive plans.
-
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Required Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, or Electrotechnics.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in maintenance management within the food processing industry (dairy experience preferred).

Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency in instrumentation, electrical, and automation systems.

Expertise in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement tools.

Knowledge of industrial standards (safety, quality).
-
Languages: Fluent English required (written and spoken).

Soft Skills: Leadership, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
