**We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee our client’s plastic division operations in Angola.

- Lead and manage all factory operations, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, quality, and sales teams to meet customer demands.
Plastic Production Expertise:
- Oversee operations in BOPP and MOPP film planning and production.
- Manage extrusion processes, including 5/6-layer, LD, and polymerization.
- Supervise bag and pouch making, such as gusseted, center seal, quad seal, and 3-side seal.
- Handle PP/WPP bags and sack bags production.
- Oversee plastic labeling processes, including PVC sleeve, Labelite, and pearlized labeling.
Printing Technologies:
- Expertise in flexographic printing using CI Flexo, BOBST, Comexi, etc.
- Proficiency in gravure and offset printing (Kamori, Heidelberg).
- Experience with holographic impression and metallization processes.

👨‍💼 Requirements:

Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in factory management, preferably in the plastics industry.
Extensive hands-on experience in plastic production and printing technologies as outlined above.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Fluency in English.
