Program Officer (Energy and Loan Management)

– Coordinate the relationship among JICA, the Angolan government (Energy sector) and other development partners in order to identify business opportunities /monitor energy market and projects.
– Gather information related to the energy investments and projects, participation in energy transmission line feasibility study, energy appraisal missions as well as energy loan agreement negotiations.
– Coordinate with the specialists and consultants from Japan to implement energy projects and the preparation of related documents.
– Participate and coordenate the new renewable energy project (Mechanisms and policies to attract private sector investors in renewable energy)
– Organize events, maintenance of the JICA website as well as the social media.
– Support the trips of JICA Representative Chief, Representative and the CFP; and create healthy relationship between JICA and the public.
– Responsible for the management and collection of Angola’s debt to the Government of Japan

Head of the Markets and Product Department

– Responsible of managing the operations of the Market Department (external and internal) and Products.
– Conduct research on industrial products in the Internal and External Market for investment purposes.
– Help establish working relationships with APIEX partners.
– Planning the process of internationalization of Angolan products and companies.
– Participate in strategic investment meetings in Africa (SADC Subcommittee for Investment and others).

Industries Consultant for the Minister of Commerce

– In charge of assisting the Minister of Commerce in industrial issues related to the National Program Against Poverty.
– Responsible for following up the industrial projects coming from the commercial representations of Angola abroad.
– Establishing links with commercial and industrial partners in the country.
– Participate in strategic and technical committees (representing the Minister of Commerce). Doing Investment promotion overseas.

Logistic Assistant

– In charge of the management and organization of the warehouses.
– Responsible for the vehicles contracts and maintenance.

Assistant for the Research Department

– Assist the Department in conducting research (related to health issues) from inception to completion, which included logistical arrangements, recruitment and training of personnel, creation of questionnaires, editing and analysis of data and reports.
– Translation and interpretation of meetings and documents from Portuguese to English and vice versa

Assistant of the Medical Program Coordinator / Translator

– Manage the organization of the administrative and logistics areas in matters related to the Program.
– Translate and Interpret documents and meetings (English / Portuguese and vice versa) for a better communication with Angolan local, managers, partners and authorities.
