About the Position

Would you like to work at the forefront of technology and digital transformation?

As part of the deployment of our digitalization solutions, we are looking for a Junior AI Engineer.

Integrated into the heart of our operations, your role will be to monitor and optimize several business processes supported by Artificial Intelligence agents across our different sites and factories.

Main Responsibilities

AI Supervision & Quality Control: Review, verify, and validate the responses and actions generated by AI agents to ensure their accuracy and relevance.

Workflow Management & Monitoring: Monitor process execution, verify data reliability, detect inconsistencies, and ensure strict compliance with deadlines.

Alert Management & Escalation: Identify bottlenecks or anomalies and report them effectively to the relevant managers and sponsors.

Continuous Improvement & Standardization: Work closely with the development team to test applications, improve tools, and standardize procedures across factories.

Documentation: Create and update operational procedures.

Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Engineering School, or Business School).

Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome (0 to 1 year of experience). An internship or final-year project in one of the following areas will be highly valued: AI, Digitalization, Quality, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management.

Languages

• Professional English required (minimum B2 level) to communicate with international teams.
• Fluent French.
• A third language is an advantage.

Technical & Digital Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and collaborative tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Strong digital skills and a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence.
• Ability to test an application and clearly document any bugs or issues identified.
• A plus, but not mandatory: Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, databases, ERP, CRM, or basic programming.
