About the Position

As part of the deployment of our digitalization solutions, we are looking for a Junior AI Engineer.

Integrated into the heart of our operations, your role will be to monitor and optimize several business processes supported by Artificial Intelligence agents across our different sites and factories.

Main Responsibilities

AI Supervision & Quality Control: Review, verify, and validate the responses and actions generated by AI agents to ensure their accuracy and relevance.

Workflow Management & Monitoring: Monitor process execution, verify data reliability, detect inconsistencies, and ensure strict compliance with deadlines.

Alert Management & Escalation: Identify bottlenecks or anomalies and report them effectively to the relevant managers and sponsors.

Continuous Improvement & Standardization: Work closely with the development team to test applications, improve tools, and standardize procedures across factories.

Documentation: Create and update operational procedures.

Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Engineering School, or Business School).

Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome (0 to 1 year of experience). An internship or final-year project in one of the following areas will be highly valued: AI, Digitalization, Quality, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management.

Languages

• Professional English required (minimum B2 level) to communicate with international teams.
• Fluent French.
• A third language is an advantage.

Technical & Digital Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and collaborative tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Strong digital skills and a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence.
• Ability to test an application and clearly document any bugs or issues identified.
• A plus, but not mandatory: Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, databases, ERP, CRM, or basic programming.

📋 MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

• Suivi opérationnel : Suivre les performances fournisseurs, les prix, les délais et prévenir les risques de livraison et de tension de paiement.

• Optimisation des coûts : Identifier les opportunités de réduction des coûts sur l’ensemble des familles d’achats (matières premières, thermoplastiques, consommables, services, composants locaux, achats indirects, etc.).

• Processus Achats : Structurer les appels d’offres (RFQ), analyser les offres fournisseurs, participer aux négociations et suivre les plans d’action.

• Formation : Jeune diplômé(e) ou profil en début de carrière issu(e) d’une École d’Ingénieurs, École de Commerce, ou Master spécialisé en Achats / Supply Chain.

• Expérience : Une expérience préalable en achats n’est pas exigée. Nous recherchons avant tout du potentiel, du sens pratique et une vraie maturité professionnelle.

As part of the Quality Department, the Quality Coordinator plays a pivotal role in mastering and improving product and process quality. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will work closely with Project, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure product compliance with aerospace customer requirements and group standards. As the quality representative on the shop floor, you will have the authority to stop non-compliant production lines.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🔵 Product & Process Quality

• Present mass production product files (FAI – First Article Inspection and DVI – Dossier de Validation Industrielle) to aerospace clients.

• Monitor functional product characteristics according to client requirements and aerospace standards (materials, bonding, dimensions, etc.).

• Handle customer complaints using problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) and follow up on corrective action plans.

• Manage supplier claims and ensure prompt supplier responsiveness.

• Apply and enforce client requirements and Safran / EN 9100 standards.

• Conduct internal audits and lead/participate in FMEA (AMDEC) elaboration.

• Lead problem-solving groups (QRQC Level 2 / 8D) and weekly 8D progress routines.

• Prepare and plan customer visits and audits.

🎯 Main Mission:

Manage aerospace product or system development projects from pre-design to mass production, ensuring quality compliance, meeting deadlines and cost objectives, while strictly applying the IATF 16949 Core Tools.

🔧 Main Responsibilities:

• Lead aerospace projects in a highly regulated environment (EN 9100).

• Plan, organize, and lead project meetings (milestone reviews, technical reviews, etc.).

• Coordinate internal teams (R&D, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain).

• Manage technical interactions with clients and suppliers.

• Implement and monitor the following:

  • APQP – Advanced Product Quality Planning

  • PPAP – Production Part Approval Process

  • FMEA – Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (Product & Process)

Engineering degree (Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial) or equivalent (Bac+5).

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the aerospace, automotive, or highly regulated industrial sector.
Proven experience in applying IATF 16949 Core Tools.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of technical project management.
